Q: What are your shipping rates?

We give you the option of USPS or UPS and you will be provided with different shipping rates when checking out. The rates will depend on the weight of your order and your location. * Shipping prices do increase during the holidays starting in Oct.* 

We do offer free shipping on any order over $40.00 and provide free local delivery.

Q: How long does it take to ship? 

 All orders have a processing time of 2-3 days before they are shipped out.

Please note: Traveling Fox is located in Central Flordia, and to protect your order from melting while waiting in a hot warehouse or mail truck during the summer months, we will only ship out Monday-Wednesday. During the cooler months, we will ship out as soon as the order is fulfilled.

Please check your shipping information at checkout to ensure accuracy, so that your receive your order in a timely manner.

Q: Do you ship overseas?

Unfortunately, at this time, we are unable to ship internationally. However, we are working hard to provide this feature so everyone can take time and enjoy fragrances from all over in comfort in their home. 

Q: My package was lost/stolen?

We ship with USPS and UPS and once the package has left, Traveling Fox Scented Creations LLC cannot be held accountable for lost or stolen packages. Still, we are committed to ensuring you have the best experience with our company. If this happens, reach out to your local carrier for insight into your order. If they are unable to assist your, please email us at info@travelingfoxsc.org to work with you to resolve this.

Q: What if my order arrives damaged?

We take every precaution to ensure your candles or wax melts arrive to you as quickly and safely as possible, however on rare occasions, breakage occurs in transit. If this has happened, please send us an email: info@travelingfoxsc.org with the following:
1. Photos of the packaging if possible,
2. Number of items damages
3. The order number, and we'll send a replacement ASAP. We appreciate your business and are committed to quickly resolving your issue and replacing your product.
